Role description
Overview: Client is looking for a Product Campaign Analyst with recent experience with some marketing automation (adobe preferred), marketing campaign experience in the B2C, using a multi-channel approach to influence the use or sell of a product (financial services ideally).
Ideal candidate: Combination of marketing experience and project management experience + exposure to financial services/documentation.
Duration: ~6 month contract (chance to extend with good performance)
Location: 100% remote (EST/CST preference)
Compensation: $40-$45/hourly
β’ Can't work C2C or provide sponsorship
β’ Requirements:
~ 7 years of quantitative analysis experience and/or direct credit card experience required
~ 3 years of experience with Campaign Automation Software including with building, customizing, delivering campaign programs, and reporting required
~ 2 years experience using SAS, SPSS or other data mining/database marketing software preferred
Client service experience preferred. Experience with Oracle, Siebel and HTML desired.
Responsibilities:
β’ Create both SAS templates using the SAS tools to address the reporting/targeting needs for both the consulting and campaign analyst teams; must be able to extrapolate the data and perform predictive modeling and cluster analysis.
β’ Ability to migrate/manipulate data within Excel and SharePoint portal.
β’ Analyze data contained in our databases to identify data reporting issues with existing data and proposed reporting.
β’ Assist in the development and tracking of various department metrics, including development and execution of regular campaign, monthly and/or quarterly reports.
β’ Work with Management to identify departmental needs and determine technical solutions, acting as Subject Matter Expert (SME).
β’ Coordinate efforts of both internal and external partners to source any needed data for customer targeting and segmentation.
β’ Perform in-depth analysis and reporting to provide actionable recommendations.
β’ Apply Six Sigma methodologies to streamline all core functions within your role.
β’ Maintain work papers, data, plans, methods and results in a way that can be recreated and leveraged as intellectual capital.
β’ Remain current with Visa, MasterCard, FDR and industry products and services and stay abreast of the competitive environment.
