Job Summar
yBloomberg is seeking an experienced Senior Project/Change Management Consultant to join its Program and Change Management Office (PMO/CMO). This role will lead large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives, ensuring successful project delivery, governance, stakeholder alignment, and organizational adoption. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing enterprise-wide ERP or finance transformation projects, strong change management expertise, and the ability to influence senior leadership in a fast-paced Agile environment
.Key Responsibilitie
• sLead end-to-end project and change management activities for large-scale business and technology initiatives
• .Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while driving governance, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and successful delivery
• .Develop and maintain project governance frameworks, standards, policies, and reporting
• .Facilitate governance meetings, executive reviews, and portfolio management activities
• .Drive organizational change management, including stakeholder analysis, communication planning, training, and adoption strategies
• .Partner with business leaders, technology teams, and executives to ensure project success
• .Provide data-driven reporting, dashboards, and executive presentations using Excel and other reporting tools
• .Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and timelines while recommending corrective actions
• .Work closely with Agile/Scrum teams to integrate project and change management activities into sprint execution
• .Support continuous improvement of PMO methodologies, governance processes, and change management frameworks
.Required Qualification
• sBachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• .10+ years of Project and Change Management experience in large enterprise environments
• .Proven experience independently leading large-scale business transformation or technology implementation projects
• .Strong PMO governance, portfolio management, and executive stakeholder management experience
• .Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, reporting, dashboards, and large data analysis
• .Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• .Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• .Ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
.Preferred Qualification
• sExperience leading ERP implementations such as SAP, Oracle, Oracle EPM, PeopleSoft, or other SaaS platforms
• .Finance or Accounting transformation experience
• .Experience supporting CFO organizations or Finance business stakeholders
• .Experience with BlackLine, SAP Datasphere, or Data Warehouse implementations
• .Big 4 Consulting background (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) or similar consulting experience
• .Global implementation experience
• .PMP, PROSCI, SAFe, Scrum Master, or related certifications
• .Strong experience with JIRA, MS Project, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
