Here's the job details, Senior Qlik Sense / Data Analyst Mountain View, CA- 100% Onsite Rate Range $50 to $52 hr W2 All Inc Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Qlik Sense Developer with strong Data Analysis expertise to join our team in Mountain View, CA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and optimizing Qlik Sense dashboards, performing advanced data analysis, and translating complex business requirements into actionable insights. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, data engineers, and leadership teams to drive data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Qlik Sense dashboards, reports, and visualizations. • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities. • Gather and translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions. • Develop and optimize data models, ETL processes, and data integrations from multiple sources. • Perform data validation, data quality assessments, and root cause analysis. • Create executive-level dashboards and KPI reporting solutions. • Work closely with business users to provide analytical insights and recommendations. • Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize Qlik Sense applications. • Ensure data governance, security, and best practices across reporting environments. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile development environments. Required Skills • 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting. • Strong hands-on experience with Qlik Sense Development and Dashboard Design. • Expertise in Qlik Data Modeling, Set Analysis, Expressions, Variables, and QVD Management. • Strong knowledge of SQL, Data Warehousing, ETL Processes, and Data Integration. • Experience analyzing large datasets and delivering actionable business insights. • Proficiency in Data Analysis, Data Visualization, KPI Development, and Reporting. • Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Oracle, SQL Server, or similar databases. • Strong understanding of data quality, data governance, and performance optimization. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills • Experience with Python, R, or Advanced Analytics. • Exposure to Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or other BI tools. • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Experience supporting executive leadership reporting and strategic decision-making Droisys is an equal opportunity employer.
