Job Description
Power BI – MUST
SQL Server – MUST
Dealing with legacy SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) reports and Universe structures. It would be highly beneficial if the candidate has prior experience or familiarity with BOBJ, the individuals who previously managed and maintained these systems are no longer with the organization.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
• Participate in weekly meetings with the functional team to gather reporting requirements
• Debug and optimize existing SQL code and stored procedures
• Build new Power BI reports and dashboards, following the full change control process
• Serve as the Power BI lead—taking ownership of architecture, report design, and semantic layer development
• Analyze data flows, perform source-to-target mapping, and resolve complex data quality or transformation issues
• Provide expertise in BI performance tuning and report optimization
• Manage report lifecycle, including security and production deployment with appropriate sign-offs
