Senior Reporting and Dashboard Analyst-SAP Analytics Cloud

Job Summary: A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Reporting and Dashboard Analyst to support finance and business reporting initiatives through advanced dashboarding and visualization solutions. This role will focus on designing scalable reporting frameworks, improving reporting efficiency, and delivering actionable business insights through high-quality visualizations. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Power BI along with experience collaborating cross-functionally with finance and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Partner with finance and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document reporting requirements • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI • Create intuitive visualizations that support operational and financial decision-making • Standardize reporting logic, structures, and dashboard formats across teams • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish reporting metrics and visualization standards • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline recurring reporting processes • Troubleshoot reporting issues and implement enhancements based on evolving business needs • Translate business requirements into scalable technical reporting solutions • Support analytics and reporting initiatives using SAP Analytics Cloud where applicable • Operate independently while maintaining strong communication and stakeholder alignment Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field • Strong senior-level experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions • Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and dashboard design • Experience working with cross-functional business and finance teams • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage multiple reporting initiatives independently Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud • Experience supporting finance, commercial analytics, or business intelligence functions • Knowledge of reporting standardization and process improvement methodologies • Experience working in a healthcare, pharmaceutical, or corporate finance environment Benefits: The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, and paid holidays annually – as applicable.
