Operational Support & Governance • Support operational processes by maintaining internal trackers, delivery logs, and documentation required for effective oversight and reporting. • Ensure documentation, approvals, and evidence are maintained in line with change management, audit, and ISAE 3402 requirements. • Contribute to identifying and resolving recurring issues by supporting structured analysis and preventative improvements. Continuous Improvement & Collaboration • Identify opportunities to improve processes, ways of working, and delivery effectiveness, contributing to the Continual Improvement Register (CIR). • Collaborate closely with financial reporting, fund accounting, operational, and technology teams to streamline end‑to‑end processes. • Contribute to knowledge‑sharing activities, supporting consistent practices and capability development within the team. • Proactively escalate systemic issues and recommend practical, implementable improvements.
