Role Overview
The Senior Analyst, Revenue Management – BAIE is responsible for developing and executing advanced pricing and revenue management strategies to maximize financial performance across multiple guest-facing products. This role uses advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data visualization to analyze demand patterns, measure price elasticity, and recommend optimal pricing strategies.
The analyst will partner with product leaders and senior stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive revenue optimization across areas such as express access, food & beverage, merchandise, and other ancillary revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement revenue management and pricing models to evaluate demand behavior and price elasticity across multiple products and locations.
• Prepare, cleanse, and structure large datasets to support forecasting, scenario modeling, and pricing optimization.
• Monitor model performance and refine parameters to improve forecast accuracy and profitability.
• Analyze transaction volume, revenue trends, seasonality, per-capita spend, and historical pricing to identify revenue opportunities.
• Deliver weekly, seasonal, and annual pricing recommendations and present findings to product owners and senior leadership.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track revenue performance and pricing KPIs.
• Collaborate with data science and analytics teams to troubleshoot modeling issues and improve system integration.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts on pricing methodologies and analytical techniques.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, compliance, and operational policies.
• Perform additional analytical and project-based work as required.
Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Master’s or PhD preferred in:
• Industrial Engineering
• Operations Research
• Management Science
• Mathematics
• Statistics
• Economics
• or related quantitative fields
Experience
• 5+ years of experience in:
• Revenue management
• Pricing analytics
• Data science
• Quantitative analytics
• Experience analyzing high-volume transactional datasets and producing pricing or revenue optimization recommendations.
Technical Skills
• Advanced Excel (complex formulas, financial modeling, scenario analysis)
• Data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets
• Python (preferred) for advanced analytics
• Knowledge of statistical modeling, forecasting techniques, and optimization methods
