Overview
The Senior Robotics Analyst will drive Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Robotic Desktop Automation (RDA) initiatives by gathering and managing business and technical requirements, coordinating development efforts, and ensuring the successful implementation of scalable automation solutions. This position operates primarily as a senior business analyst and project manager within a collaborative automation team, leveraging knowledge of automation logic while working closely with developers. The organization is transitioning toward AI-driven automation and Agentic AI pipelines, offering exposure to innovative technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, document, and manage detailed business and technical requirements for RPA and automation initiatives
Define system and technical requirements to support automation project objectives
Manage multiple automation projects simultaneously and ensure delivery timelines are met
Collaborate with developers, QA analysts, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
Document automation workflows and communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality control testing for new or modified automation solutions
Participate in systems integration testing and operational implementation activities
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) when automation issues arise
Manage user stories and workflow documentation using Jira in an Agile environment
Partner with Continuous Improvement teams to evaluate new automation opportunities and implementation strategies
Collaborate with database development teams for end-to-end data solutions
Provide guidance and review work from junior robotics or automation professionals
Required Skills & Experience
Strong understanding of RPA and automation frameworks
Experience with Automation Anywhere (must be able to understand automation code)
Jira and Agile project management experience
Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong documentation and process analysis capabilities
Bachelorβs degree required
3+ years of experience required (5+ years preferred) in RPA, automation analysis, or related roles
Preferred Experience
Exposure to Agentic AI or AI-driven automation models
Experience with enterprise automation pipelines
Experience collaborating with Continuous Improvement or automation strategy teams
