Job Description
We are looking for a Senior SaaS Data Analyst to join our team onsite in McLean, VA. This role will focus on analyzing SaaS product data, building insights-driven dashboards, and partnering with business and product stakeholders to drive data-backed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze large SaaS datasets to identify trends, usage patterns, and business insights
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership and stakeholders
• Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to define KPIs and metrics
• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis
• Support data quality, data governance, and reporting best practices
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and visualizations
• Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in SaaS environments
• Strong expertise in SQL
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
• Experience working with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.)
• Strong understanding of metrics, KPIs, and data modeling
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work onsite in McLean, VA
Nice to Have
• Experience with product analytics (usage, adoption, churn, retention)
• Exposure to Python or advanced Excel
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Knowledge of data governance or data quality frameworks
