Our client, a leading healthcare organization dedicated to advancing patient care, safety, and operational excellence is seeking a Senior Sales Analytics Consultant to be responsible for driving strategic, data-informed decisions by analyzing complex datasets, translating findings into actionable insights, and presenting clear recommendations to executive leadership.
Role:
The Senior Sales Analytics Consultant will be an individual contributor who takes ownership of sales analytics projects end-to-end. This role is not about building reports or data pipelines, but about interpreting existing reports, analyzing sales funnel performance, customer survey results, and other critical business data, and delivering executive-level insights and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic sales analytics initiatives to deliver actionable insights that influence business and clinical outcomes.
Own and manage weekly and monthly sales performance updates, including presenting findings, answering questions, and recommending solutions to leadership.
Translate complex data into clear, concise insights and actionable recommendations for non-technical and executive audiences.
Analyze sales funnel performance and customer survey analytics to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and improved engagement.
Gather, manipulate, and interpret data using SQL, Excel, and other analytic tools to support business strategies.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to proactively drive projects forward, ensuring alignment and clarity on outcomes.
Communicate effectively with executive leaders, turning βin the weedsβ analytics into meaningful business-level insights.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
Background in healthcare, health plan, BPO, or call center environments.
5+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Strategy, or similar roles within a complex organization.
Proven track record of owning and presenting sales analytics reports and insights to executive leadership.
Strong hands-on experience with SQL (able to query and manipulate data when needed).
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for data analysis, visualization, and executive presentations.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data findings into practical, strategic recommendations.
Experience with sales funnel analytics, customer survey analysis, and delivering insights that drive measurable business impact.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with executive presence.
