Senior SQL Database Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Analyst / BI Developer with strong experience in SQL, Tableau, and ETL processes for a 6-month contract role. Candidates will work onsite three days per week and collaborate closely with business and technical teams to deliver data-driven insights and reporting solutions. Engagement will be W-2; C2C not available. Responsibilities • Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to support reporting and analytics • Design and build Tableau dashboards and visualizations for business stakeholders • Support and enhance ETL pipelines to ensure accurate and timely data flow • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance across systems • Document processes, reports, and data definitions Required Qualifications • Strong proficiency in SQL • Hands-on experience with Tableau (dashboard creation, performance optimization) • Experience with ETL tools/processes • Solid understanding of data warehousing and relational databases • Ability to work onsite 3 days per week • Strong analytical and communication skills Healthcare IT Leaders is a national leader in IT workforce solutions, connecting healthcare provider, payer and life sciences organizations with experienced technology talent for consulting and full-time hiring.
