Senior Strategic Reporting Analyst

Sr. Strategic Reporting Analyst Key Activities: • Tech Operating Model & Rhythm operationalization • OKR & impact measurement framework established & operationalized — progress against - OKRs is consistently measured and reported • Process optimization activities for tech organization Must have qualifications: • Familiarity with Payment Industry, platform technologies • Reporting: OKR frameworks and implementation • Data Analysis: Advanced excel and basic visualization • Tech Strat articulation: Storytelling & powerpoint fluency; ability to create executive ready narratives • Executive cadences: Ability to facilitate executive level conversations, if needed • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; experience with data visualization tools is a plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for executive audiences • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • High attention to detail and commitment to quality • Dexterous multitasker ready to jump in to tackle new challenges thoughtfully • A strong sense of teamwork and a willingness to contribute to the professional growth of your colleagues
