Senior Tableau Developer

The ideal candidate will support cross-functional stakeholders—including IT, software developers, DBAs, analysts, and business operations—to ensure timely and accurate data delivery. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. NOTE - Looking for Visa Independent Candidates Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions. • Build dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI. • Design and implement complex calculations and formulas tailored to business needs. • Perform in-depth data analysis, validation, and cleansing using SQL and other tools. • Continuously learn and understand internal systems, organizational structure, and data models. • Advocate for high data quality and consistent usage across the organization. • Document processes with process maps, data dictionaries, metadata, and architecture diagrams. • Develop and execute test strategies to ensure data integrity and efficiency. • Work independently with moderate oversight, contributing proactively to the team. • Mentor and train junior analysts or new team members as needed. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. Experience: • Minimum 7 years in analytics roles. • At least 5 years of advanced experience with Tableau. • Hands-on expertise with SQL. • Experience with SAP systems and Google Cloud Platform. • Familiarity with data warehousing technologies (e.g., SAP HANA, Oracle, BigQuery). • Experience working with large and complex datasets. • Strong collaboration and team environment experience.
