The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and visualization, with a proven track record of creating advanced and unique visualizations in Tableau. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can accurately represent data and metrics through thorough analysis and transformation.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Pay: $65 - $70/hr W2
Responsibilities:
β’ Develop and implement advanced Tableau visualizations to support business decision-making.
β’ Conduct thorough data analysis and transformation to ensure accuracy and integrity of data and metrics.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements prior to development.
β’ Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any roadblocks.
β’ Ensure that all visualizations and dashboards meet the highest standards of quality and usability.
Experience Qualifications:
β’ 8-10 years of Taleau/Business Intelligence Development.
β’ Expert-level proficiency in data analysis and transformation techniques.
β’ Extensive experience in creating data visualizations using Tableau.
β’ Strong skills in requirement documentation and the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
β’ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to keep the team informed and engaged.
β’ Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
β’ Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
β’ Familiarity with other data visualization tools and technologies.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
