Job Name            : Full Stack Node.JS Technical Lead Location              : On-site(4910 Tiedeman Rd Brooklyn, OH 44144) Duration             : 6+ months contract(Possible Extendable) Required Qualifications • 8+ years of professional experience in software development, including full stack development using: • React (front end) • Node.js (backend) • SQL-based databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or equivalent) • 4+ years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead capacity. • Experience deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Strong familiarity with Terraform, Git, and CI/CD processes. • Demonstrated experience maintaining and improving application uptime and reliability. • Strong understanding of secure development practices and regulatory considerations (banking or fintech domain preferred). Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience in the financial services industry, especially within banking, fintech, or wealth management. • Experience mentoring junior developers or acting as a lead in agile environments.
