Role: SFDC Healthcloud Developer
Location: Remote (preferred locations Reston VA, Washington DC, Mary land area)
• USC / GC only
Strong case management (support processes, omni channel, assignments/routing, NBA, etc.. )
• Experience cloud (highly LWC driven to give Uber like experience for scheduling, responsive design)
• HealthCloud Exp is required
• Very strong with complex Flows and best practices
• Integration with AWS connect
• Agentic experience regarding NBA, creating actions / activities, summaries
• General Admin stuff regarding profiles, permissions etc
