Job Overview:
• We are seeking a Sigma Developer / Data Engineer with expert-level knowledge of the Sigma tool to join our dynamic team at V4cu. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data pipelines and analytical solutions, primarily leveraging Sigma’s cloud-based data tools to create scalable data models and reports.
• As a key member of our team, you will be working closely with data analysts, data scientists, and other engineering teams to optimize data infrastructure and ensure effective data management for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement data models, ETL processes, and transformations using Sigma and related tools.
• Integrate various data sources into Sigma, ensuring smooth and consistent data flow.
• Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decisions.
• Automate and optimize data pipelines for scalability and performance.
• Apply data governance best practices to ensure quality, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineering teams to deliver solutions.
• Identify and resolve issues related to Sigma dashboards, models, or data flows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong hands-on experience with Sigma and deep knowledge of its features.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining scalable data pipelines.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience handling large and complex datasets.
• Proficient in data modeling and ETL development for cloud-based systems.
• Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
