Duties
Collaborate with clients to understand their data needs and develop tailored Socrata platform solutions that enhance transparency and efficiency
Lead end-to-end implementation of Socrata software, including configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems
Provide comprehensive training and support to users, ensuring they can confidently utilize the platformβs features
Conduct detailed assessments of client data workflows and recommend best practices for data governance and security
Troubleshoot technical issues promptly, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and system performance
Develop clear documentation, reports, and user guides to facilitate ongoing platform use and maintenance
Stay current with Socrata product updates and industry trends to continuously improve service delivery
Experience
Proven experience in implementing Socrata or similar data management platforms within government or enterprise settings
Strong background in data visualization, analytics, or related fields with an emphasis on public sector applications
Knowledge of quantum engineering principles is highly desirable, especially in projects involving complex data processing or innovative technology integrations
Excellent communication skills to effectively train and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Ability to analyze technical requirements and translate them into practical solutions
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving challenges quickly and efficiently
