About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Salesforce Solution Analyst to join our growing consulting team. In this hybrid role, you will act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams—gathering and analyzing requirements, designing Salesforce solutions, and supporting implementation using Agile/Scrum methodologies. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration in a client-facing environment.
You’ll work across Salesforce Core and Experience Cloud (Health Cloud preferred), with a blend of business analysis, solution design, and light project coordination responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Solution Design
Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into user stories and solution designs.
Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and enhance user experience using Salesforce capabilities.
Design scalable, maintainable data models, including objects, fields, relationships, and automation logic.
Ensure alignment of business needs with Salesforce platform features and industry best practices.
Salesforce Configuration & Delivery Support
Configure declarative Salesforce functionality, including flows, page layouts, record types, automation, and reporting.
Partner with developers, admins, and QA to support iterative delivery through sprints and releases.
Assist in the planning and execution of testing, including creating test cases and supporting UAT.
Create and maintain documentation, training guides, and reference materials to support end-user adoption.
Client Communication & Team Collaboration
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and demos with internal and client teams.
Help coordinate task assignments, timelines, and deliverables across small project teams.
Communicate status updates, identify risks or blockers early, and collaborate with project leads to resolve them.
Support go-live readiness activities, including data validation, training sessions, and hyper-care planning.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable Salesforce solutions using Scrum principles.
Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Create workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications that align with client goals and Salesforce best practices.
Configure Salesforce functionality, including objects, fields, workflows, and automations, to meet business needs.
Work closely with Scrum teams, including developers, administrators, and QA analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions in iterative sprints.
Ensure client feedback is incorporated throughout the development lifecycle.
Conduct user training and create documentation to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
Monitor progress against sprint goals, addressing roadblocks and ensuring project delivery on time and within scope.
