Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Solutions Architect (RSA) to provide advanced technical expertise and guidance in support of our data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives. The RSA will play a critical role in shaping and executing modern architectures, ensuring secure, scalable, and innovative solutions that align with mission and enterprise requirements.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Build, validate, and optimize data and AI blueprints.
β’ Architect, implement, and support operations for Lakehouse environments.
β’ Establish and oversee data and AI governance frameworks to ensure compliance, scalability, and security.
β’ Provide expert migration support for data, applications, and AI/ML workloads into modern platforms.
β’ Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of AI and machine learning solutions, including integration of advanced ML frameworks.
β’ Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, effectively translating business needs into technical execution.
Required Qualifications
β’ Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or Resident Architect with a focus on data and AI solutions.
β’ Deep knowledge of Lakehouse architectures (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Delta Lake).
β’ Expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
β’ Demonstrated success with data migration projects and modernization efforts.
β’ Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
β’ Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to both executives and engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Experience supporting federal government programs or regulated industries.
β’ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.
β’ Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Data Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Databricks certifications.
