Job Title- SPLUNK DEVELOPER
Location – Tampa FL/Jersey City NJ (Local only )
Duration- 6-12 month
Position – Contract
Responsibilities:
• Design, deploy, and manage Splunk infrastructure for log management, monitoring, and visualization.
• Develop and maintain Splunk dashboards, alerts, and reports for operational insights.
• Automate processes and configurations using Python and Ansible.
• Troubleshoot Splunk performance issues and optimize indexing, search, and storage.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Cloud teams to ensure data integrity and reliability.
• Implement best practices for data ingestion, parsing, and correlation within Splunk.
Must-Have Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience with Splunk administration and development.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python).
• Experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management.
• Good understanding of Linux environments.
Good to Have:
• AWS background or experience integrating Splunk with AWS services (CloudWatch, Lambda, etc.) will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
