Job Title: Splunk + Dynatrace Migration Expert Location: Remote (Work in EST hours) Type: Contract Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Splunk + Dynatrace Migration Expert to lead a critical observability transformation initiative. This role will focus on the end-to-end migration from Splunk to Dynatrace, ensuring seamless transition, optimized monitoring capabilities, and minimal business disruption. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical expert with deep knowledge of both platforms and strong collaboration skills. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the full migration lifecycle from Splunk to Dynatrace – planning, execution, validation, and post-migration support • Recreate and optimize dashboards, alerts, and ingestion pipelines in Dynatrace • Deploy and configure Dynatrace OneAgent, tagging rules, log monitoring, and Davis AI-powered analytics • Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and Application teams to ensure end-to-end observability • Document architecture, migration processes, and operational procedures • Deliver training and enablement sessions for internal teams on Dynatrace usage Required Skills: • Strong hands-on experience with both Splunk and Dynatrace in production environments • Proven track record of leading Splunk → Dynatrace migration projects • Expertise in full-stack monitoring, alerting, tagging, and log analytics • Familiarity with scripting or automation (e.g., Python, Bash, APIs) • Strong communication and documentation skills • Experience working with cross-functional teams in remote, agile environments Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with cloud-native environments or microservices monitoring • Prior experience supporting enterprise-scale observability platforms How to Apply: Interested candidates can apply directly through LinkedIn or send their resume to jobs@acunor.com.
