Position Title: Splunk ITSI Engineer Location Information: Onsite - Doral, FL Position Responsibilities: Deploy and configure Splunk ITSI, create IT service models, define and tune KPIs, build dashboards, implement episode review workflows, develop anomaly detection models, integrate with alerting tools, collaborate with teams, optimize ITSI performance, and document architecture and procedures. Essential Skills, Experience 2–5 years of Splunk administration experience, proficiency in building and managing services, KPIs, and Glass Tables in Splunk ITSI, strong understanding of infrastructure and application monitoring, experience in enterprise IT environments, familiarity with ITIL concepts, and excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
