Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled SQL Business Intelligence Developer to support data-driven decision-making through the development of insightful dashboards and reports. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to define requirements, extract and transform data, and deliver high-impact visualizations using Power BI. Key Responsibilities: Mandatory Skills 1. SQL • Advanced proficiency. • Ability to write and optimize complex queries. • Required for data extraction, transformation, and dashboard feeding. • Candidates will be asked to read, interpret, and explain SQL queries live. 1. Power BI • Strong experience in dashboard/report development. • Ability to create visually appealing, user-friendly dashboards. • Experience with Power Query and data modeling. Ability to explain the end-to-end process during the interview. Required Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). • Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field. Required Skills: • SQL Proficiency: Strong ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries. • Power BI Expertise: Demonstrated experience in Power BI development, including Power Query and DAX. • Data Visualization: Solid understanding of visualization principles and best practices. • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to derive insights from data. • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data handling and reporting. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
