What Youβll Do
β’ Analyze incoming data sets using SQL and Excel, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
β’ Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business strategy and performance tracking.
β’ Work closely with cross-functional teams (including project managers, data engineers, and analysts) to align insights with business goals.
β’ Translate business requirements into clear queries, visualizations, and data summaries.
β’ Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement across multiple projects.
β’ Support process enhancements that improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and decision-making.
β’ Maintain clear documentation of findings, workflows, and assumptions to ensure transparency and traceability.
What Weβre Looking For
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
β’ 2+ years of experience in a data analytics or reporting role
β’ 2+ years total of SQL
β’ 2+ years of Excel
β’ 2+ years of Tableau
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
β’ Excellent communication skills β able to simplify complex data for different audiences.
β’ Ability to manage deadlines and work on multiple priorities in a hybrid environment.
β’ Experience working with cross-company data or partner-shared datasets.
β’ Familiarity with process improvement or business operations analytics.
β’ Knowledge of tools like Python, Snowflake, or Miro is a plus.
