This is an exciting opportunity to design and support applications that directly enable critical business objectives while working with cutting-edge enterprise systems. Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and provide Tier-3 support for applications, systems, and IT products.
Triage issues, deliver enhancements, and resolve production software defects in a timely manner.
Support ad-hoc database queries and data manipulation as needed.
Document incidents and user requests in a ticket tracking system while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure resolution.
Qualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Exchange, Visio, Project).
Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to understand and anticipate client needs.
Demonstrated ability to influence and encourage innovation while maximizing existing resources.
Experience performing technical assessments and developing creative, sustainable solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years related applications development experience required.
