Job Description
· Manage QRM product including maintenance and improvement of application performance and stability
· Interface with business and management support continuity of business and disaster recovery capabilities
· Troubleshoot new updates and upgrades with the QRM software
· Participate in Agile SCRUM team ceremonies
· Work with project or functional leads in developing use cases / scenarios, flow diagrams and performing workflow analysis
· Create documentation as necessary during all phases of the SDLC
· Thoroughly understand the business partner requirements and troubleshoot when issues arise
Required Skill Set
· 5-8+ years' of technical expertise with MS SQL, including strong experience reading and writing SQL queries, and working knowledge building and maintaining SSIS packages
· Basic knowledge of creating Batch files and scheduled tasks
· Thorough understanding of technical concepts and knowledge of all phases of software development including design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and support
Desired skills
· QRM experience is strongly preferred
· Bachelor's degree
