Job Description
β’ 5+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server development (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning).
β’ Strong understanding of PBM business processes including claims adjudication, eligibility, formulary management, and drug pricing.
β’ Experience developing and managing ETL processes using SSIS or equivalent tools.
β’ Proven experience with relational database design, data modeling, and normalization techniques.
β’ Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and HIPAA/PHI compliance in a healthcare context.
β’ Familiarity with job scheduling and monitoring tools (e.g., SQL Agent, Control-M).
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
β’ Experience working with large datasets and complex joins, unions, and aggregations.
β’ Experience working with PBM platforms (e.g., RxClaim, MedImpact, CVS/Caremark, Express Scripts) is highly required.
