Position: SQL Server Developer - Pharmacy Benefit Management Industry Location: 100% Remote Duration: 12 Months Contract USC/GC/H4EAD/L2EAD/TN Permit/ Refugee/Asylee who are willing to work on W2 can Apply for this job Note: PBM platforms like RxClaim, MedImpact, or CVS/Caremark systems is highly required Job Description • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server development (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning). • Strong understanding of PBM business processes including claims adjudication, eligibility, formulary management, and drug pricing. • Experience developing and managing ETL processes using SSIS or equivalent tools. • Proven experience with relational database design, data modeling, and normalization techniques. • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and HIPAA/PHI compliance in a healthcare context. • Familiarity with job scheduling and monitoring tools (e.g., SQL Agent, Control-M). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience working with large datasets and complex joins, unions, and aggregations. • Experience working with PBM platforms (e.g., RxClaim, MedImpact, CVS/Caremark, Express Scripts) is highly required.
