Duties
Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to various skill levels and learning styles.
Conduct training sessions on topics including AWS, Java, Big Data, SQL, Python, ETL processes, and more.
Utilize tools such as Looker, Hadoop, Apache Hive, Spark, Azure Data Lake, and Informatica to provide hands-on training experiences.
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and discussions with management.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of training content with organizational goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve training materials.
Provide support for model training initiatives and assist in database design discussions.
Skills
Proficiency in AWS, Java, Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark), Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and Azure Data Lake.
Experience with ETL tools such as Talend and Informatica.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and linked data concepts.
Knowledge of database design principles and data warehousing practices.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python and VBA; experience with Shell Scripting (Bash).
Understanding of Agile methodologies for project management.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
