Position Summary The Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst is responsible for providing critical reporting needs for internal staff, most notably the Executive Leadership Team, and for data quality supporting Key Performance Indicators. The ideal candidate should be a detail-oriented and analytical individual capable of managing large amounts of data, conducting in-depth analyses, and presenting findings in an easily digestible format. Ultimately, this role is responsible for guiding business decisions across the firm by providing timely and accurate data related to sales, account management, and marketing data primarily pulled from SalesForce. Key Responsibilities • Monthly data management, including checks on and corrections to Opportunity, Subscription, Account, and Contact data • Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and dashboards including reports on key performance indicators and departmental campaigns • Tracking weekly changes in key Commercial metrics • Assisting with contract booking questions and crediting • Ad hoc analysis to assist the Member Development Department and Executive Leadership Team needs and requests • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the firm to ensure data and reporting accuracy • Creating and managing firm resources and reference guides • Providing feedback on operational efficiencies and identifying areas for improvement. Minimum Qualifications • 4+ years of experience in sales operations or a related function • Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple on-going projects and priorities • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field from an accredited college or university • Knowledge of Salesforce reporting, dashboarding, and system design • Proficient in advanced Excel functions including advanced formulas, data visualization, and data analysis • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment working with tight deadlines • Ability to create, implement, or improve firm processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective data management Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
