Role description
Sr. AWS Greengrass IoT Core Engineer with Golang OR Java Brea, CA(Onsite) Contract JD: Must have: AWS Greengrass and IoT Core Engineer with Golang. β€’ Experience : Relevant experience of 10+ Years β€’ Design and implement edge computing solutions using AWS Greengrass v2. β€’ Integrate AWS IoT Core for secure device connectivity, telemetry ingestion, and rule-based data routing. β€’ Develop and deploy Lambda functions and containerized applications on edge devices. β€’ Proficiency in Java, Node.js/GoLang for edge application development. β€’ Collaborate with embedded systems teams to ensure seamless integration with hardware. β€’ Implement secure communication protocols (MQTT, TLS) and manage device authentication and authorization. β€’ Monitor and troubleshoot IoT device fleets using AWS IoT Device Management and CloudWatch. β€’ Optimize data flow between edge and cloud for latency-sensitive applications. β€’ Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and system testing. β€’ Hands-on experience with AWS Greengrass, AWS IoT Core, and Lambda. β€’ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. β€’ Aerospace Domain experience will be highly preferred though not mandatory.
