Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer , where we prioritize in-depth understanding of customer behavior to enhance our service offerings. In this role, you will collaborate with marketing and technology teams to drive our mission of providing exceptional, convenient, and fast shipping experiences across the US and international markets. You'll play a critical role in formulating key questions, extracting and analyzing relevant data from our comprehensive Data Warehouse, and delivering actionable insights to management.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Evaluate program features and marketing content based on customer response, conversion, and retention metrics.
β’ Conduct statistical testing for A/B and multivariate experiments to inform decision-making.
β’ Design, build, and maintain metrics and reports on program health.
β’ Respond to ad hoc requests from business leaders for critical insights into customer behavior.
β’ Employ data mining, model building, segmentation, and other analytical techniques to identify trends in the customer base.
Must-Have Skills:
β’ Strong proficiency in SQL
β’ Extensive experience with Data Visualization tools (e.g., QuickSight, Tableau)
β’ Solid foundation in statistical analysis and data mining techniques
Industry Experience:
β’ Experience working with large-scale datasets is essential, preferably within the e-commerce or tech industry. A strong analytical mindset and the ability to decompose complex business questions into a structured analytical plan are critical for this role.
