Sr Data Analyst

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to innovative reporting and analytics solutions. Responsibilities • Design and implement automated reporting solutions to enhance operational efficiency. • Develop Power BI datasets, dashboards, and KPI views to support data-driven decision-making. • Utilize Azure Databricks for data preparation and analytics enablement. • Transform manual reporting processes into scalable automation. • Apply AI-assisted techniques to improve development efficiency and ensure reporting accuracy. Skills • Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and performance optimization. • Experience with Azure Databricks and reporting automation. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills • Familiarity with enterprise analytics delivery and best practices. • Experience in a similar role within the healthcare or technology sectors. • Strong communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating with stakeholders.
