Our client, a leading organization in the data management sector, is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to join their team. As a Sr. Data Analyst, you will be part of the Data Management department supporting various cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
โข Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Data Management.
โข Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted Data Management challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.
โข Contribute to the resolution of complex situations while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
โข Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to achieve project deliverables.
โข Document data flows and process flows while managing data quality and controls.
What's Needed?
โข 5+ years of experience in requirements gathering and data analysis.
โข Strong understanding of the requirements analysis lifecycle and foundational RDBMS expertise.
โข Proficiency in writing business requirements as JIRA stories in an agile environment.
โข Strong SQL writing experience, including joins, unions, and sub-queries.
