Our client, a leading organization in the data management sector, is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to join their team. As a Sr. Data Analyst, you will be part of the data migration initiative supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Sr. Data Analyst Location: Remote What's the Job? • Conduct data profiling, modeling, and report development from EAB Navigate Export for migration readiness. • Reverse-engineer the structure of an EAB Navigate data export and deliver a validated suite of at least 20 reports. • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate data models and cleanup plans. • Execute data cleanup, including deduplication and standardization of data formats. • Document all processes, including SQL logic, ERDs, and report definitions for handoff. What's Needed? • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data migration projects. • Strong understanding of data profiling, modeling, and reporting techniques. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Experience in data cleanup and validation processes. • Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
