Primary Location: Charlotte, North Carolina V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Sr Data Analyst for our premier client in Charlotte, North Carolina. What You’ll Do Job Responsibilities: • Act as a liaison with client syndicated partners to create a full inventory and repository of syndicated reports. • Synthesize the reports and create presentation ready documents that can be socialized enterprise wide. • Ad hoc competitive bench marketing for new concepts (both product launches and experimentation). • Create an updated view of position relative to competition and market leaders on experience capabilities. • Identify CX trends that are surfacing with market leaders to indicate what may be the next step for the client. • The Data Analytics Manager advises a team that gathers, analyzes, and interprets market/business sector trends and customer data, identifying insights that ultimately inform business, product development and marketing decisions. • This job manages the data collection, modelling, visualization, and interpretation efforts of the marketing analytics team. • A CW Analyst who can manage and synthesize the syndicated and competitive intelligence reports and data we receive from external partners. • This resource will synthesize and compile the analyses from expert reports that are published as well as work with vendors to support ad hoc business questions. • This role will provide the source of truth to what key experiences look like with competitors as well as standards across industries. • This work will inform the prioritization of work to hit or differentiate between market parity or leading. • will also provide input to the experimentation team to determine if the work being proposed is divergent enough from market standards or whether it is a “just do it”.
