Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our Data Quality Team. The ideal candidate is a proactive, collaborative, and analytical professional with a strong background in data engineering and a growth-oriented mindset. This role involves designing and building data pipelines, transforming data using SQL and Python, and supporting cross-functional analytics initiatives using cloud platforms and visualization tools. This is a 6-month contract role starting August 11, 2025 , and ending February 13, 2026 . Key Responsibilities • Data Pipeline Development: Design, build, and optimize robust data pipelines and scalable architectures to support business intelligence and analytics needs. • SQL Engineering: Develop and maintain complex SQL queries for efficient data transformation, validation, and analysis. • Visualization Engineering: Create impactful dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau and/or Power BI to enable data storytelling and insights. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to support analytics initiatives and ensure data quality and usability. • Innovation Projects: Contribute to advanced analytics projects, including the integration of AI and GenAI technologies. Requirements • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in data engineering, with proven work on cloud-based data ecosystems. • Skills: • Proficiency in SQL and Python • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams • Strong analytical thinking and data storytelling capabilities • Certifications: GCP Data Engineer certification (preferred) • Other: Ability to work remotely with occasional in-region team meetups.
