Role description
Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Sr Data Management Analyst (MongoDB) to join their team. As a Sr Data Management Analyst (MongoDB), you will be part of the Data and Transformation Loan Delivery organization supporting the Credit Execution Product team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
• Work hands-on with MongoDB collections containing inconsistent document structures and normalize them into a common, consumable output schema
• Analyze and model semi-structured data where fields may vary by document (e.g., multiple address fields vs. a single address object)
• Design and implement normalization logic using MongoDB capabilities (e.g., aggregation pipelines, projections, conditional logic)
• Produce standardized datasets for reporting, analytics, or downstream applications
• Partner with product, engineering, and analytics teams to define data requirements and expected outputs

• Strong hands-on MongoDB experience
• Real experience working with documents of varying structure
• Ability to normalize different document shapes into a single, consistent output
• Data modeling & normalization expertise
• Experience handling schema‑on‑read scenarios
