Responsibilities
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, compliance, AI development) on AI methods, including Generative AI and ML.
β’ Document findings and present results to stakeholders.
β’ Develop best practices and guidance for responsible AI.
β’ Automate testing processes using Python and analyze model performance.
β’ Identify risks related to PII/PHI exposure in AI systems.
β’ Maintain test datasets and improve testing methodologies.
β’ Stay updated on AI/ML advancements and incorporate relevant findings.
β’ Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning.
β’ Assist with Red Team testing for conversational AI systems.
Required Qualifications
β’ BS in Computer Science, Applied Math, or related field with 5+ years of experience.
β’ 5+ years in ML system development, deployment, and maintenance.
β’ 5+ years of experience with advanced NLP models and frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy).
β’ Strong understanding of ethical AI, fairness, and privacy considerations.
β’ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Experience with healthcare systems (claims, call centers, etc.).
β’ Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
β’ Experience with large language models and adversarial testing.
β’ Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIPAA) and basic information security principles.
