Responsibilities
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data integrity and implement standard tools.
β’ Support SQLServer and Oracle database environments, focusing on backup, recovery, and performance tuning.
β’ Provide technical expertise in data governance and analytics to drive business insights.
β’ Diagnose and provide solutions for data-related issues and business processes.
β’ Partner with application support teams on various projects, ensuring effective data management practices.
Skills
β’ Bachelorβs degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in database administration.
β’ Proven experience with SQLServer and Oracle database administration, including business continuity planning.
β’ Strong communication and relationship management skills across organizational levels.
β’ Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
β’ Experience with data visualization, architecture, and predictive modeling.
Preferred Skills
β’ Knowledge of SQLServer versions 2014 to 2022 and Oracle versions 12c to 21c.
β’ Experience with SSIS, database replication technologies, and Oracle RAC and Data Guard.
β’ Proficiency in T-SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting languages like PowerShell.
β’ Familiarity with PostgreSQL and MySQL database management.
