Sr Data/Sales Analyst

Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive data analysis to provide actionable insights for the sales and commercial teams. • Develop and maintain forecasting models to support business planning and decision-making. • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve processes and address complex business challenges. • Create advanced data visualizations and dashboards using PowerBI to report sales performance and trends. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. • Utilize statistical tools to monitor performance and support strategic decision-making. Skills • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Project Management. • Proficiency in data analysis with large datasets and advanced Databricks coding. • Strong skills in building PowerBI dashboards and data visualizations. • Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Preferred Skills • Experience with SQL, Tableau, and Salesforce. • Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus. • Background in the medical device or pharma industry. • Advanced technical skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
