Essential Skills & Qualifications: • Strong customer service orientation and excellent written communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to design scalable, rule-based access and content distribution models. • Experience with regression testing, release evaluation, and impact analysis. • Ability to document business requirements, conduct unit testing, and facilitate end-user training. • Ability to handle user access management in a SaaS environment. • Ability to drive platform health and governance across the organization. Desirable Qualifications: • Experience working with Seismic Platform and familiarity with SaaS platforms. • Background in reporting, data visualization, and analytics. • Experience managing user roles, content access, and licensing within a platform.
