Sr. DevOps Engineer
Client: AT&T - need Ex AT&T and ppl on our W2 - Plano TX or Alpharetta GA - 3 days a week Hybrid
Duration: 12 months to start (expect this to extend out long term, multi-year opportunity)
I need candidates with Github actions experience. Ideally migrating Jenkins/ADO pipelines to Github actions and Jfrog for their artifactory
Overview:
We are seeking DevOps Engineers to support a large-scale CI/CD pipeline migration to GitHub Actions. This is a high-impact opportunity to work on a strategic consolidation initiative, modernizing DevOps practices and tooling across thousands of applications.

Key Responsibilities:
β’ Design, build, and migrate CI/CD pipelines from legacy tooling (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, shell scripts) to GitHub Actions
β’ Standardize and templatize workflows to improve maintainability and onboarding
β’ Support pipeline orchestration across a wide range of applications and tech stacks
β’ Integrate CI/CD processes with containerization and orchestration platforms like Docker and Kubernetes
β’ Ensure automation practices align with compliance and audit requirements
β’ Collaborate across DevOps, architecture, and application teams to drive adoption and resolve migration blockers

Required Skills & Experience:
β’ Strong experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps
β’ Proven ability to support migrations across diverse codebases and legacy workflows
β’ Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Bash, Python)
β’ Familiarity with containerized environments and orchestration platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
β’ Understanding of build and package tools such as Maven, Gradle, NPM, and Yarn
β’ Experience with source control systems including GitHub and SVN
β’ Strong collaboration and documentation skills across technical and non-technical teams

Nice to Have:
