Role description
Required Qualifications:
• 15+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering roles.
• Proven experience in designing and managing scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Deep expertise in containerization, orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
• Strong command of CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, ArgoCD, etc.
• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Pulumi, etc.
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools: Prometheus, ELK, Datadog, Splunk, etc.
• Hands-on experience with scripting (Python, Bash, Go, etc.) and automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles, security hardening, and compliance (e.g., SOC2, HIPAA).
• Experience in leading teams, managing stakeholders, and executing large-scale DevOps transformations.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certifications: AWS/Azure/GCP DevOps or Solutions Architect certifications.
• Experience in hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
• Exposure to GitOps, serverless architectures, or platform engineering.
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and SAFe frameworks.
