Sr. Enterprise Data Analyst (SQL)

Job Title: Sr. Enterprise Data Analyst (SQL) 📍 Location: DFW Airport, TX 75261 🕒 Duration: 7 Months (Contract, with potential for extension or FTE hire) ⏰ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (40 hours/week, Onsite) About the Role We are seeking a Sr. Enterprise Data Analyst (SQL) to join our team on a 7-month contract. This role will serve as an interim solution until a permanent FTE is hired. If eligible, the contingent employee may be considered for conversion to full-time. Otherwise, the selected candidate will ensure knowledge transfer to the incoming permanent resource. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled SQL professional with strong analytical, dashboarding, and KPI development experience, capable of working closely with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries (complex joins, calculations, and data modeling). • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that support decision-making. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Develop and monitor KPIs and metrics to track business performance. • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across projects. • Provide knowledge transfer to permanent staff upon assignment completion. Minimum Qualifications • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Enterprise Data Analyst, or similar role. • Strong proficiency in SQL (complex queries, joins, calculations, modeling). • Hands-on experience with dashboarding and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). • Proven ability to design and track KPIs and business metrics. • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills • Experience with data warehousing concepts and enterprise data models. • Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration. • Prior experience in large enterprise or airline/transportation industry is a plus.
