Senior Epic Cogito Reporting Analyst Location: Remote Epic Certification Required: Cogito Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and self‑directed Senior Epic Cogito Reporting Analyst who can hit the ground running and operate with minimal supervision. This individual will be responsible for independently delivering high‑quality reporting, analytics, and data visualization solutions to support clinical, operational, and business stakeholders. The role requires deep expertise within Epic Cogito as well as strong experience building advanced dashboards in external BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau. This position is ideal for a senior‑level Cogito professional who thrives in autonomous environments and can drive end‑to‑end analytics solutions over the next six months and beyond. Required Qualifications • Epic Cogito Certification (required). • 5+ years of hands‑on experience working with Epic reporting and analytics tools. • Demonstrated experience developing reports and dashboards within Epic. • Strong expertise extracting Epic data and building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau outside of Epic. • Advanced knowledge of healthcare data models, workflows, and terminology. • Strong SQL skills and experience working with Clarity and Caboodle databases. • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a fast‑paced environment. • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting large health systems or enterprise Epic implementations. • Familiarity with performance tuning, optimization, and data modeling. • Experience supporting leadership or executive‑level analytics and reporting. • Prior experience working remotely on long‑term Epic engagements.
