Location: Hybrid – Newton, MA (3 days/week onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Salary Range: $120,000 – $160,000

Introduction
TPG is partnering with a fast-growing cybersecurity product team to hire two Full-Stack Software Engineers to join a recently acquired, high-impact division focused on SaaS security and compliance visibility. These roles offer the opportunity to work on a powerful security platform that monitors and manages cloud-based applications used in corporate environments—such as Slack, Google Drive, Salesforce, and more.
This is a chance to build at the intersection of security, modern web development, and cloud infrastructure, while joining a tight-knit engineering team in Newton, MA.

• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and code-level decision-making skills
• Strong communication and collaboration mindset; willingness to engage across teams
• Must be local to Boston area and able to work onsite in Newton 3 days/week
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available
Preferred Skills
• Experience working in agile, SaaS product environments
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
• Experience building secure, customer-facing applications
• Past exposure to API development, web security, or scalable data flows
• Team lead experience (desired for one of the two openings)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Build and ship end-to-end features for a modern security SaaS platform
• Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and product ideation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, product, and support teams
• Write clean, scalable, and tested code across the full stack
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards and team culture
• Think critically about design and architecture—understand the “why” behind your implementation decisions
