Strategic thinking, Communication skills, Creative and campaign management skills Job schedule-Hybrid, 4 days in office, 1 WFH Key Responsibilites/Requirements Responsibilities include: β€’ Creates and executes product marketing plans with respect to traffic forecast, spend forecasts and sales achievement β€’ Collaborates with sales, product marketing and integrated marketing teams to monitor forecasts, actuals and any demand changes β€’ Deep dives into the competition activities and manages competition landscape analysis β€’ Analyzes work and presents findings to business owners and stakeholders at all levels of the organization to drive strategy, design recommendations, experience development and product optimization. β€’ Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable data models and dashboards in Tableau to provide clear and accessible insights. Qualifications β€’ Minimum of 4-6 years related experience with Bachelors Degree or Master Degree and experience in data Analysis, Ecommerce operations, marketing or product management. Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.) & data analysis β€’ Ability to effectively communicate to both internal & external stakeholders β€’ Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency in using web and data analytic tools (Google Analytics, Tableau), excel pivot tables and basic functions for maintaining and creating reports β€’ Provide business intelligence support and supporting areas by means of both repeatable and ad hoc reporting delivery reports (charts, graphs, tables, etc) that enable informed business decisions. β€’ Comfortable navigating a complex organization and building cross-functional relationships β€’ Strong analytical skills and well versed in the use of data, content, and technology to draw conclusions and put results into practice. β€’ Excellent presentation skills; ability to communicate your ideas and convince an audience using data and visual storytelling
