Role: Sr. Oracle PL/SQL Developer Location: Albany, New York Duration: 30 Months Job ID: SLG - 19 - 11116 Client: NY State - Office of Temporary & Disability Assistance Description Summer Electronic Benefits Transfer (SEBT) is a food benefit program that helps low-income families with school-age children buy groceries during the summer when kids might not have access to school meals. Summer Electronic Benefits Transfer (S-EBT) is authorized by the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023 (P.L. 117-328) to create a permanent, nationwide S-EBT program. Through SEBT, eligible individuals receive benefits loaded on EBT cards that are used to purchase food. Duties • Is involved with all facets of the software development process, including the research, design, programming, testing and implementation of computer software including but not limited to the following: • Participate in all phases of system development activities: requirement gathering, design, development, testing and deployment by the following items: • Written reports of user requirements are thorough and complete. • Modifications adhere to prevailing standards, are thoroughly tested and completed on schedule. Mandatory Requirements • Experience (12+ Years) • Is involved with all facets of the software development process, including the research, design, programming, testing and implementation of computer software. Requirements • This is an 100% Onsite • 84 months experience working directly with Oracle 12c or higher. Experience to include PL/SQL, Functions, Stored Procedures, Table handling, and Tuning. business rules • 84 months experience performing development work using MF COBOL and / or Visual Studio. • 60 months experience performing application development work using PL/SQL. • 60 months experience monitoring a 24/7 production schedule of approximately 250 jobs a month.
