Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and deploy backend systems and services using Python. • Build APIs and integrations with third-party services. Optimize application performance and scalability. • Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software. • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. • Troubleshoot and debug production issues as needed. Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design. Required Skills & Qualifications • 8 to 10 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Python. • Strong experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, ORMs, and asynchronous programming. • Experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis). • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform). • Experience with version control systems such as Git. • Good understanding of software development best practices, including CI/CD, unit testing, and agile methodologies. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
